3.1 You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.
3.2 The Software may not be used for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this EULA.
4.1 This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Whatseen Online Tracker if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination of the EULA, you shall cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.
5.1 Whatseen Online Tracker may from time to time issue updated versions of the Software. The Software may automatically download and install updates from Whatseen Online Tracker. These updates may include bug fixes, feature enhancements or improvements, or entirely new versions of the Software. You agree that Whatseen Online Tracker may automatically deliver such updates to you as part of your use of the Software.

8.1 The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Whatseen Online Tracker does not guarantee that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects in the Software will be corrected.
9.1 In no event will Whatseen Online Tracker be liable for any damages, including without limitation any loss of profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Software, even if Whatseen Online Tracker has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This EULA will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Whatseen Online Tracker concerning the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
